We offer you two modes of education: intramural and extramural.
Intramural mode of education (task – teach people in course of communication):
when the Management of the company or senior Sponsor arrives to you and carries out events of different format with your structure (classes on products, trainings, seminars, city presentations, festivals of beauty and health, etc.)
- when you come with your Leaders to large corporate events of the company that take place 10-12 times per year (business forums, summer and winter festivals, business seminars, round tables, seminars on products, etc.), and meet Heads and Leaders of other structures there.
Extramural mode of education (task – remote education of people):
Here the company acts as a Sponsor for each Distributor to provide you with the required information in timely manner:
1. communication via Personal account makes it possible to:
receive specially designed «Synopses» on different topics (advantages of the company, advantages of the products, development of business, etc.);
- independently learn with the help of «Information folders»;
- monthly receive information about work of your structure;
- analyze results of work of your structure;
- get schedule of company’s events;
- enter your comments and suggestions for products, company’s activity, work of your rep office, etc.
2. carrying of online-conferences on different topics with company’s specialists
3. communication with your Distributors via Skype
4. and many other interesting things in future.
